About the Role
As a Student Recruiter for Jubilee Academies, you will serve as the vital link between our mission and the families in South Central San Antonio. Your primary purpose is to foster local interest and raise awareness of our campuses, guiding prospective families from initial curiosity through the entire enrollment pipeline. You will be the face of Jubilee Academies in the community, ensuring that every family understands the value of our student-centered environment and the opportunities available to them.
This role is dynamic and community-focused. Your day will involve a mix of strategic planning and on-the-ground engagement. You will travel to neighborhoods, attend community events, and host informational sessions to connect with families. Beyond recruitment, you will nurture applicants through personalized communication, assist with applications, and help new families integrate into the campus culture through orientation and welcome events. You will work collaboratively with campus leaders to ensure our recruitment goals are met while building lasting partnerships with local organizations.

Requirements
