The Security & Facility Associate is the frontline guardian of our physical environment, ensuring a safe, secure, and well-maintained workplace for our team and clients. This role bridges the gap between physical security protocols and daily facility operations, serving as the primary point of contact for access control, life safety systems, and vendor coordination. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our security infrastructure while providing responsive support for employee needs and office logistics.
In this position, you will manage the day-to-day rhythm of our office, from monitoring surveillance and alarm systems to coordinating maintenance and handling sensitive investigations. The role requires a high degree of discretion, particularly when dealing with confidential client matters, law enforcement liaisons, and internal investigations. You will act as a proactive problem-solver, anticipating facility issues before they disrupt business and ensuring that our physical spaces remain functional and secure.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate immediate value and a strong fit for our culture. Please note that we do not accept unsolicited resumes from employment agencies.
