The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Analyst is the pivotal force behind our day-to-day operations, ensuring 24/7 coverage and response capabilities. This role serves as a trusted source of truth, upholding the highest standards of preparedness, response, and recovery across all regions. You will act as a calm and collected point of contact for persons in distress, utilizing your understanding of industry best practices in customer service, alarm response, video review, threat intelligence, travel safety, and emergency management.
In this position, you will be responsible for the real-time monitoring of mission-critical operations and employee locations, evaluating risk factors for travelers, and coordinating with security officers and EMS personnel during incidents. The role demands a self-reliant professional capable of working independently, particularly during the first six months as a single operator. You will foster relationships with third-party providers, law enforcement, and emergency services to enable coordinated crisis responses, ensuring that urgent messages are delivered effectively to the Crisis Management Team.

More than 3 years of experience in emergency management, crisis management, emergency operations centers, or a related field. Professional certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP). Familiarity with Everbridge, Ontic, and Microsoft 365 products.
