The Security & Facility Associate plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure, and well-maintained workplace for Tolleson Wealth Management. This position serves as the frontline for physical security, life safety systems, and office facilities, ensuring seamless operations through vigilant monitoring and responsive support.
In this role, you will act as a key liaison between the organization, law enforcement, and external vendors. Your work ensures that access control, alarm systems, and surveillance infrastructure operate with precision while supporting day-to-day facility needs. From coordinating emergency response and investigations to managing employee access and office maintenance, the role demands a high degree of responsiveness, attention to detail, and professional discretion.
Your day will likely begin with a thorough check of security systems, including video surveillance and alarm panels, to ensure compliance and proper operation. You will manage access assignments for employees and vendors, troubleshooting door issues and system glitches as they arise. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to coordinating with property managers, contractors, and law enforcement to handle maintenance requests, facility repairs, and scheduled document destruction services.
You will also serve as a point of contact for employee support, addressing issues ranging from HVAC and lighting to furniture installation and workspace setup. The role requires the ability to shift quickly between proactive maintenance tasks and reactive incident coordination, including off-hours responses to facility issues. Throughout the day, you will maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive client matters and internal investigations.
