Position Overview
The Security & Facility Associate serves as the backbone of our physical security and office environment, ensuring a safe, secure, and well-maintained workplace for our team and clients. This role is critical in bridging the gap between life safety systems, facility operations, and employee support. You will be the first point of contact for access control, alarm monitoring, and incident coordination, working closely with vendors, law enforcement, and internal stakeholders to maintain operational continuity.
About the Role
In this position, you will manage the day-to-day rhythm of our security and facilities infrastructure. Your day involves monitoring video surveillance and alarm systems, conducting essential safety tests, and troubleshooting access issues to ensure seamless entry for employees and vendors. You will act as a liaison with bank police and local law enforcement, assisting with investigations and post orders while maintaining the highest level of discretion.
Beyond security, you will coordinate routine building maintenance, manage vendor relationships for HVAC and janitorial services, and respond to off-hours facility issues. Whether you are escorting document destruction services, performing basic repairs, or supporting office moves, your attention to detail and proactive approach will directly impact the comfort and safety of our office environment.
