Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead development and matching of dry and liquid seasonings using spices and food ingredients
- check_circleLead seasoning and flavor innovation from idea inception through product commercialization
- check_circleAssist QA Manager in maintaining Food Safety and GMP requirements during scaling
- check_circleLeverage internal and external experts for key analytical and sensory research
- check_circleDrive concept ideation and collaborate with customers to develop new seasonings
- check_circleSupport product and process development to scale seasoning products to manufacturing level
- check_circleProvide nutritional and microbiological analysis to generate statements and specifications
Requirements
- verifiedB.S. & M.S. in Food Science, Food Technology, or Food Chemistry
- verifiedMinimum One year of postgraduate experience in product development, ingredient research, and/or flavor research
- verifiedBasic understanding of product development, sensory science, and material technology
- verifiedAbility to investigate and research certification and other accreditation requirements for regulatory compliance
Nice to Have
Past experience in seasoning & flavor. Previous culinary training.
