We are seeking a Food Scientist to support ingredient-focused initiatives across our research and development functions. This role is pivotal in evaluating raw materials, driving product development, and ensuring ingredient integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency. You will serve as a bridge between technical science and business objectives, partnering cross-functionally to solve complex challenges in beverage and food systems.
In this position, you will lead projects related to ingredient optimization, supplier updates, and cost improvement while managing supply continuity and production-related issues. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with diverse R&D disciplines—including sensory, nutrition, regulatory, flavor technology, and microbiology—as well as external partners in Quality, Procurement, and Operations. You will be responsible for maintaining rigorous documentation standards, executing laboratory evaluations, and communicating technical specifications directly with external vendors.
