About the Role

Reporting to the Vice President of R&D and Product Solutions, the Director of Product Management – Rheology and Mechanical Testing will provide senior-level leadership for the Rheology and Mechanical Testing product lines. Based at our New Castle, Delaware facility, this role is designed for a strategic thinker and inspiring leader who can drive the development and implementation of worldwide product strategies and roadmaps.

You will serve as the voice of the market, conducting research to identify emerging trends and customer insights while defining new product strategies that deliver high-performing, reliable, and cost-effective solutions. This position requires you to bridge the gap between R&D, Commercial teams, and external stakeholders to accelerate growth. You will guide customer-facing teams on go-to-market execution, product messaging, and sales enablement, while also setting pricing structures based on competitive positioning.

Beyond strategy, you will build, train, and manage a world-class product management team. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability, forward thinking, and execution excellence, ensuring the Rheology & Mechanical Testing franchise remains at the forefront of the industry.
