Testify! is a five-year Lilly Endowment initiative dedicated to revitalizing testimony traditions in Black churches nationwide. Through artistic collaboration and digital empowerment, the project partners with churches across the country, produces city-wide events, and creates digital resources to support testimony as a spiritual formation practice.
We are seeking a creative, mission-driven Digital Media Manager to support the Testify! Initiative. This role sits at the intersection of digital media, culture, and Black faith, supporting digital strategy and content creation for partnerships with 250 Black churches nationwide. You will help transform authentic testimonies into compelling content for growing online audiences.
The ideal candidate is culturally grounded, eager to learn, and genuinely passionate about Black faith storytelling. Whether you are early in your career or experienced, you will work alongside seasoned leadership while taking real ownership of projects that matter. You will help cultivate relationships with Black Christian content creators, develop accessible toolkits for church partners, and ensure our messaging reflects the theological integrity and cultural richness of Black faith communities.
