About The Scion Group
The Scion Group is seeking full-time and part-time temporary staff to support our apartment turnover period, which typically lasts between 4-8 weeks. As a temporary team member, you will play a vital role in providing a seamless move-out and move-in experience for our residents.
About the Role
In this position, you will serve as flexible assistance for property turnover, handling a variety of maintenance and operational tasks. Your day-to-day will involve performing miscellaneous maintenance duties such as painting, minor drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds, and doors, as well as caulking, power washing, and trash or furniture removal and installation. You will also participate in apartment inspections to document unit conditions and perform light housekeeping duties to keep grounds clean and free of debris.
Beyond physical tasks, you may assist with general administrative duties, including opening and closing the office, clubhouse, and amenities, maintaining office organization and file structures, and logging or retrieving customer packages. Success in this role requires an all-in attitude, eagerness to help in various capacities, and strong communication skills with a customer service mindset. You must be willing and able to lift and move equipment, trash bags, and other items, with frequent physical movement expected.
