About the Role
C² Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Live-Constructive Planner Subject Matter Expert (SME) to serve as a pivotal advisor to DTOC leadership and the Training Manager. In this capacity, you will lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) training operations, ensuring the seamless integration of live and virtual environments to support Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) events.
As the Event Lead, you will guide mission activities from pre-briefs through execution and debriefs, providing technical and operational expertise in Modeling & Simulation (M&S) and network integration. Your work directly supports advanced Air Force training objectives by incorporating Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (AFTTP 3-1) into daily LVC-centric training. You will act as the primary representative for DTOC in planning sessions, advising on emerging technologies and optimizing mission realism through the use of Environment Generator software and War Room systems.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleCreate scenarios using Environment Generator software and distribute Mission Planning Cell packages
- check_circleTroubleshoot software and hardware issues to support mission planning cell operations
- check_circleDeliver LVC academic briefings in coordination with the Training Manager
- check_circleRepresent DTOC as an LVC SME in meetings and planning sessions
- check_circleAdvise CTS/DTOC leadership on LVC events, tests, and emerging technologies
- check_circleIncorporate Air Force Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures into daily LVC-centric training events

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree and 10 years experience OR Master's degree and 8 years experience OR High school diploma and 14 years experience
- verifiedExperience with LVC software applications (LMOC-P preferred)
- verifiedFamiliarity with AFTTP 3-1 and Joint Warfare Publications
- verifiedExperience operating within an active mission planning cell
- verifiedPreviously qualified as a mission commander, section lead, or equivalent
- verifiedAbility to create and disseminate Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and planning products in accordance with Air Force and Department of Defense (DoD) standards
