About the Role
The VDC Process Technician plays a critical role in supporting digital workflow optimization, maintaining model and data integrity, and improving overall efficiency in VDC operations. Reporting directly to the VDC Process Engineer, you will assist with process implementation, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. Your work ensures adherence to company standards and best practices, with all decisions and recommendations aligned with the direction of the VDC Process Engineer.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or GED
- verified3-5 years experience in Virtual Design and Construction, BIM, or related role
- verifiedBasic understanding of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and model coordination platforms
- verifiedExperience with scripting or automation tools (Dynamo, Python, Power Automate, Powershell) is a plus
- verifiedFamiliarity with construction project workflows and industry standards preferred
- verifiedExperience with data analysis and visualization tools preferred
Nice to Have
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting/Design Technology, Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Structural, MEP), or Construction Management. Experience with scripting or automation tools (Dynamo, Python, Power Automate, Powershell scripts). Familiarity with construction project workflows and industry standards. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools to track process performance.
