Seasonal Logistics Processor - Fulfillment

About the Role

As a Logistics Processor at Nordstrom, you will be the backbone of our store operations, ensuring that merchandise flows seamlessly from the backroom to the sales floor. This role is designed for independent, motivated individuals who are committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences every day. You will own the process of receiving, unpacking, and organizing new inventory while fulfilling customer orders with speed and precision.

A Day in Your Life

Your day will be dynamic and fast-paced, requiring you to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining high quality standards. You will spend your time receiving and unloading freight, unpacking newly arrived merchandise, and delivering it to the appropriate selling departments. A significant portion of your shift will be dedicated to fulfilling customer orders, ensuring they are packed and shipped according to our strict quality and shipping protocols.

You will utilize our inventory management systems to scan, process, and research shipments, keeping our inventory control processes accurate. Beyond the logistics of the backroom, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean and organized environment for both the selling floors and stockrooms. Your support will extend to general store operations, such as setting up special events, organizing backroom spaces, handling markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
