As a Support Associate, you will be the backbone of our customer and product-focused sales culture. Your role ensures that our core principles are at the forefront of all store operations, creating a seamless environment where merchandise is handled with care and stockroom organization drives efficiency.

In this position, you will partner with the team to maintain operational excellence. You will process merchandise to ensure items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for the sales floor, while also managing receiving documents and reconciling invoices. Your day will involve reorganizing stock to maximize space, assisting with visual directives like floorsets and window changes, and ensuring visual packet materials are processed timely. You will also support the boutique's cleanliness and organization, alerting management to cash supply needs and participating in pricing changes.

Beyond operations, you will be a key part of the customer experience. You will model and promote our Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience. We foster an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving and encourage you to seek personal developmental opportunities and readily solicit feedback.
