About the Role

As a Seasonal Front Desk Associate at our Ocala resort, you will be the welcoming face of our team. This is not a typical front desk job; you will be the first point of contact for pet parents and their 'guests,' ensuring a positive first interaction as they arrive. Your day will involve orchestrating check-ins and check-outs, coordinating suite placements, and acting as a liaison between pet parents and our veterinary service team.

You will spend your time walking our four-legged friends, managing harnesses, and maintaining the cleanliness of our lobby and cat rooms. Beyond the daily operations, you will serve as a problem-solver for incoming calls and emails, ensuring every request from a pet parent is handled with urgency and care. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and finds joy in building relationships with both pets and their owners.
