About the Role
As a Front Desk Associate at our Lawrenceville resort, you will be the welcoming face of our team. This is not a normal front desk job; you will be the first point of contact, ensuring a positive first interaction by greeting pet parents and their pets with a smile and conversation.
Your day will involve organizing check-ins and check-outs, coordinating suite placements, and walking our four-legged friends during drop-off and pickup. You will act as a liaison to our veterinary service team, manage harnesses, and maintain the cleanliness of the entrance, lobby, and cat room. Beyond operations, you will answer calls and emails in a timely, problem-solving manner, ensuring every guest feels cared for.
