Acacia Network is the leading Latino integration care nonprofit in the nation, offering a pathway to behavioral and primary healthcare, housing, and empowerment for the community, from children to seniors. Since 1969, we have been visionary leaders transforming the triple aim of high quality, great experience, and lower cost. We champion a collaborative environment to deliver vital health, housing, and community-building services. By hiring talented individuals, we have expanded quickly with offices in Albany, Buffalo, Syracuse, Orlando, Tennessee, Maryland, and Puerto Rico.
We are seeking Shift Supervisors to provide leadership and supervision for operational staff. In this role, you will ensure that operations policies and procedures are enforced at all times while managing the day-to-day rhythm of our residential and shelter settings. You will work closely with the director to generate work schedules, assign tasks to operations, security, and maintenance personnel, and arrange coverage for unexpected absences. Your day will involve monitoring staff performance, training new hires, and responding to client issues and incidents. You will also play a key role in maintaining safety by tracking client property, monitoring fire and safety equipment, and keeping accurate records of daily censuses and inspections.
Interested candidates should submit their application through our careers portal. The selection process includes a review of qualifications followed by an interview to discuss your experience in residential settings and supervisory capabilities.
