The Client Associate is the face of our retail experience, responsible for maintaining an exceptional in-store sales and service environment. This role is about more than just transactions; it is about fostering a friendly, open, and inviting atmosphere where guests feel valued. You will connect with in-store clients to develop and retain a following of repeat customers, driving individual sales goals while instilling an approachable and efficient sales culture on the floor.

Day-to-day, you will immerse yourself in our latest collections, maintaining in-depth knowledge of apparel fit, fabric, and intended use to provide expert guidance. You will actively participate in store events, marketing initiatives, and CRM activities to reward and drive repeat business. Working in a dynamic retail environment, you will ensure the store remains clean and organized while collaborating with a team focused on productivity and shared success.
