About the Role
Your day will be defined by flexibility and teamwork. Depending on customer and business needs, you may be assigned to various departments throughout the store. You might be on the front end, managing the checkout process and building relationships with shoppers, or on the sales floor supporting the Meat/Frozen, Produce/Dairy, or Dry Goods departments. Your responsibilities include replenishing freight, rotating product to ensure freshness, and assisting with special events like Vendor Fairs and inventory processes. Whether you are utilizing proprietary software, operating equipment like reach trucks, or ensuring the facility remains a safe and clean environment for staff and customers, your adaptability is essential to our success.
Work Environment & Schedule
This position offers the flexibility to work Monday through Sunday, with shifts scheduled between 5:00 AM and 7:00 PM based on business needs. The work is performed in a retail store setting open to the public, with exposure to varying temperatures ranging from -10 to 85 degrees and moderate noise levels. The role requires physical interaction with customers and the ability to work on level surfaces as well as elevated areas using ladders when necessary.
