Imagine an energy so positive, so powerful, it ignites your desire to be the best, inspires you to bring out the best in others, and fuels your aspiration to do the best work of your career. At Legacy Traditional Schools, we do things a special way that illuminates our educators' best talents, lights up the minds of our students, and fuels our school spirit.
We shine the brightest when we rise to the challenge of changing lives through education, cultivating bright curious minds, achieving award-winning results, upholding our values, and engaging positively with our students, parents, and communities. Education is not a spectator sport; we thrive when every team member, from support staff to leadership, shares knowledge, teaches skills, and offers inspiration to help others learn and perform their best.
The School Psychologist serves as a vital partner in our mission to ignite student potential. In this role, you will provide evaluation, consultative, and counseling services within the school setting. You will lead the multidisciplinary team in identifying students eligible for special education services, interpreting assessment data for parents and colleagues, and developing programming recommendations that drive student success. Beyond evaluations, you will facilitate training, consult with teachers on behavioral and academic concerns, and provide counseling services aligned with student IEPs and 504 plans. Your work ensures that every student receives the support needed to thrive in a positive, high-achieving environment.
This position operates on a hybrid model, featuring a four-day on-campus schedule and one day of remote work. Remote days are reserved for non-student-facing tasks such as report writing and compliance documentation, provided they are approved by the principal in advance and do not interfere with testing, IEP meetings, or urgent student needs.
If you are ready to ignite your career and join a team dedicated to changing lives through education, we encourage you to apply. We offer industry-leading pay, comprehensive benefits, and a culture where you can always do your best. Join us in cultivating curious minds and achieving award-winning results.
