About the Team

At E-Therapy, we are pioneers in the field of special education, dedicated to delivering top-tier, clinical solutions to PreK-12 schools nationwide. Our mission is to empower schools with cutting-edge, clinical solutions through our advanced, technology-driven platform. By seamlessly connecting schools with our network of highly qualified, licensed clinicians, we offer a range of essential services that are both accessible and impactful.

We are a collaborative, mission-driven team committed to providing comprehensive clinical and administrative support to our clinicians. We believe in making a meaningful impact on students' emotional, social, and academic success.

About the Role

We are seeking an On-Site School Psychologist to join our dynamic team in the Philadelphia, PA area and surrounding communities. In this role, you will complete in-person evaluations for K–12 students, playing a vital part in supporting their academic achievement and social-emotional development.

You will work within community-based locations, conducting psychoeducational assessments to identify students' strengths and needs. Your day will involve interpreting assessment results and communicating findings clearly to students, families, and school staff. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs), while consulting with teachers and parents to provide strategies that support students in the classroom.

This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build your caseload. It is ideal for a professional who thrives in a community-based setting and is eager to contribute to school-wide initiatives focused on positive behavior supports and mental health promotion.
