The School Psychologist provides comprehensive psycho-educational evaluation, counseling, consultation, and behavioral support services exclusively through secure, compliant digital platforms. This role is designed to support Legacy Traditional Schools through assessment, collaboration, and professional practices in a fully remote environment.
In this position, you will lead virtual multidisciplinary evaluation team meetings to determine eligibility for special education services and develop data-driven recommendations. You will partner with teachers, parents, and administrators to design evidence-based academic and behavioral interventions, facilitating virtual IEP and MTSS meetings to guide data-based decision-making. Your day will involve delivering virtual individual and group counseling, implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing remote crisis intervention support in alignment with district protocols. You will also serve as a key resource for campus leadership during crisis situations, assisting in developing safety plans and post-crisis intervention strategies.
