About the Role

As a School Psychologist at ICEF, you will be directly responsible for the psychological assessment of academic, cognitive, social-emotional, and behavioral domains. You will utilize problem-solving strategies and standardized evaluations to support student success. Your role involves monitoring the completion of case study evaluations and actively participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) conferences and problem-solving meetings.

You will design systems, programs, and services that maximize students' social, emotional, and educational outcomes. In close collaboration with families, students, staff, and communities, you will promote effective educational environments. This is an on-site position based at a school site in Los Angeles, CA; remote work is not available for this role.

Requirements

verifiedMaster's Degree in psychology or related field
verifiedValid Pupil Personnel Services Credential in Psychology
verifiedAt least two-years of related experience in a school setting
verifiedKnowledge in special education law, behavioral mental health, and learning disabilities
verifiedTuberculosis (TB) clearance
verifiedBackground check clearance

Nice to Have

At least five years of employment working with school-age children. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) knowledge. Proficiency in using school-based information systems and applications. Bilingual (Spanish/English).
