Sterling Medical is seeking a Clinical Child Psychologist to support US Military families in the Bahrain area as a full-time contractor. This role is designed to provide essential mental health services to military dependents, offering a unique opportunity to serve a dedicated community while working in a supportive environment.
In this position, you will provide a comprehensive range of psychological services, including individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and psychoeducation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve conducting psychological evaluations, administering diagnostic assessments (such as the ADOS), and developing treatment plans to help patients achieve improved adjustments. You will also offer clinical supervision to psychological associates and facilitate family therapy sessions. The role includes providing both local and remote services, with a specific focus on telehealth delivery to ensure accessibility for families in the region.
