About the Role
The Mental Health Professional provides clinical services to individuals under the supervision of the Mental Health Coordinator, Clinical Supervisor, or Mental Health Director. This role exists to support the organization's commitment to caring for overlooked and vulnerable patients by offering autonomy within a warm team environment.
You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions. Additionally, you will provide mental health consultation and training to facility staff, ensuring that care is delivered in compliance with policies and relevant professional standards. The role involves participating in staff meetings, in-service training programs, and specialized clinical services to foster continuous improvement and program development.
