About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our growing team at our Glendale location and help meet the increasing demand for care. This role exists to provide a supportive, structured clinical environment where you can focus on your clients without administrative distractions.

In this position, you will collaborate with an integrated care team to evaluate client needs and monitor clinical progress. You will have the opportunity to support and oversee associate-level clinicians as needed, ensuring that evidence-based care aligned with best practices is delivered to every client. Our goal is to set you up for success from day one with dedicated marketing and referral teams to keep your schedule full, allowing you to concentrate on clinical excellence.
