Olympic Health and Recovery Services (OHRS) is a cornerstone of our community's safety net for behavioral health. As a quasi-governmental organization and licensed behavioral health agency, we provide compassionate care to the most vulnerable populations across Thurston, Mason, Lewis, Pacific, Wahkiakum, Grays Harbor, and Cowlitz counties. Our mission is to bridge gaps in services, operating as a reliable safety net for crisis and recovery support in the Great Rivers region.
The Crisis Helpline Supervisor provides leadership, supervision, and clinical oversight for the Regional Crisis Line and 988 helplines, which deliver 24/7/365 crisis intervention services. This role is vital for ensuring high-quality telephone crisis triage, risk assessment, safety planning, and referral coordination. You will guide clinical staff, support workflow, conduct quality assurance, and maintain adherence to state regulations and accreditation standards.
In this position, you will play a key role in program planning, evaluation, and the continuous improvement of available services. The ideal candidate possesses strong clinical skills and in-depth knowledge of behavioral health, with the ability to navigate coaching and training conversations while building a culture of trust within the team. You will serve as a liaison to regional providers, including crisis outreach teams and system partners, ensuring equitable access to care and promoting a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

Experience working in a crisis call center or on a crisis line. Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory, administrative, or leadership experience in behavioral health or crisis services. Active independent licensure (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, Psychologist, RN/BSN). Knowledge of 988 processes, helpline accreditation standards, or similar national crisis line requirements. Experience working in multi county or regional crisis systems.
