Blackstone Valley Prep (BVP) is an intentionally diverse network of tuition-free public charter schools serving families in Central Falls, Cumberland, Lincoln, and Pawtucket. As a founding member of the National Coalition of Diverse Charter Schools, our mission is to prepare every scholar to achieve their goals for college and the world beyond. About the Role

This unique position is a shared role between Blackstone Valley Prep and the YMCA of Pawtucket. The Custodian is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and operational environment across both school and community spaces. Approximately 60% of your time will be dedicated to supporting the Blackstone Valley Prep's PrYde campus, while the remaining 40% will be spent supporting spaces within the Pawtucket Family YMCA.

In this role, you will report to both an administrator at BVP and the Executive Director of the Pawtucket Family YMCA. You will be expected to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, ensuring that facilities are ready for daily operations, assemblies, and events. Beyond the physical tasks, you are a vital part of our culture, expected to advocate for equity and contribute to a collaborative, team-driven environment where professional growth is encouraged.
