A private estate in the Washington, DC area is seeking a reliable, hardworking Houseman to handle the hands-on maintenance and daily upkeep of a large, beautifully maintained private residence. This is a physical, get-it-done role for someone who takes pride in the condition of a property and approaches every task – big or small – with care and professionalism.
The right person is resourceful, self-directed, and genuinely enjoys the variety that comes with keeping a high-end home running smoothly day to day. As part of a collaborative household team, this person will support the larger property team, including housekeeping, hospitality, and estates staff as needed, bringing the same standards and work ethic to everything they touch.
