About the Role
As a Multi-Property Service Technician at Madison Grove and Thompson Greene, you will be the backbone of our community's daily operations. Your mission is to maintain positive interactions with residents and the public, enhancing our community image and ensuring superior resident retention. You will create a customer-centered service culture by demonstrating proactive hospitality to prospects, residents, and their families.
Your day will involve a blend of hands-on maintenance and community stewardship. You will perform general and emergency repairs on apartments and common areas, including snow removal during after-hours events. You will manage apartment turnovers, handling tasks from trash out and cleaning to painting and carpet shampooing. Beyond repairs, you will ensure the property maintains an attractive appearance and positive curb appeal through daily cleaning, sanitizing, and waste disposal. You will also conduct visual inspections to identify potential maintenance problems, safety hazards, and liability issues, documenting conditions of roofs, gutters, walkways, and parking lots.
