Facilities Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a Facilities Technician to join our team in Adelanto, CA. This role is essential for maintaining the operational integrity of our buildings, grounds, and testing environments. You will serve as a critical support member for our test teams, ensuring that dynamic tests run smoothly from setup to execution.

Your day will involve a mix of general maintenance, janitorial duties, and specialized support for testing operations. You will be responsible for setting up and clearing test sites, which includes running cables, positioning crash barriers, and managing material storage. Additionally, you will assist in transporting test articles to locations and clearing the yard of weeds and debris. The position requires the ability to operate diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools to keep our facilities in top condition.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be able to work flexible hours and commit to overtime as needed. While basic construction, mechanical, and computer skills are required, experience with welding, plumbing, electrical systems, and operating a large forklift are considered significant assets.
