We are seeking a dedicated Site Director to lead our before and after-school age child care program in Danville. In this role, you will serve as the primary leader of the on-site team, ensuring the program operates in full compliance with New Hampshire State Licensing regulations while meeting YMCA fiscal expectations and health standards.
Your day-to-day impact involves creating a safe, nurturing, and positive atmosphere where children can thrive. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a rich curriculum that includes healthy snacks, physical play, creative arts, and social enrichment. Beyond the classroom, you will act as a vital bridge between the YMCA, families, and the host school administration, fostering strong relationships that support the well-being of every child.
As the Site Director, you will build a cohesive team where all staff feel welcome and valued. You will guide your team through performance evaluations, constructive feedback, and professional growth opportunities.
