About the Role

As a Service Dispatch Specialist I, you will serve as the vital link between our customers and our field technicians. In this role, you are the main point of contact for creating and scheduling service tickets, ensuring that operations run smoothly from the initial call to final resolution. Your day involves managing technician schedules, assigning daily tasks, and collaborating with the team to assess urgent tickets and adjust estimated times of arrival as needed.

You will be the first line of defense in maintaining service quality, handling incoming customer calls, and coordinating service logistics. This position requires a high degree of urgency and accuracy, as you will forecast workload, manage the dispatch board, and keep customers informed regarding parts availability. You will also participate in daily conference calls with District Service Managers to escalate service level concerns and ensure technician availability is optimized.

Work Environment & Schedule

This position operates within a dynamic environment where operational needs drive the schedule. While the standard hours are Monday through Friday, shifts may vary to meet business demands. Current available time slots include:

• 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Flexibility is key to success in this role, as you will be required to accommodate work-related requests from supervisors and adapt to fluctuating operational needs.
