About the Role
As a Service Dispatch Specialist I, you will serve as the vital link between our customers and our field technicians. In this role, you are the main point of contact for all service-related communications, managing the creation and scheduling of service tickets with precision. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating technician schedules, assigning daily tasks, and dynamically adjusting ETAs to handle urgent tickets as they arise.
You will ensure seamless operations by forecasting workload two to three days in advance, maintaining the dispatch board, and facilitating daily conference calls with District Service Managers to address SLA and availability concerns. Beyond logistics, you will provide direct support to technicians regarding ticket details, directions, and parts availability, while also managing customer communications regarding status updates, such as pending parts. This role requires a high degree of urgency and accuracy, ensuring that every interaction reflects our core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
