About the Role
In our Program Management department, you will power your future as a Scheduler. This role is designed to drive project efficiency by developing and updating detailed project schedules in close collaboration with Engineering, Project Managers, and Operations Management within assigned Business Units. You will serve as a critical link between field operations and leadership, coordinating responses from field personnel and gathering vital information from internal data management systems such as Maximo, Procore, and ERP financials.
Your day-to-day involves assembling accurate reports and interpreting data to predict project productivity trends. Success in this position requires a strong adherence to deadlines, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and the flexibility to accommodate shifting priorities due to changing demands and timelines. You will be responsible for communicating complex data and trends clearly and concisely to Project and Operations Management, ensuring that project progress, change orders, and scope requests are accurately tracked and reported.
