About the Opportunity
Heartland Consulting is seeking an IMS/EVM/EVMS Surveillance Support Specialist to provide critical project controls and Earned Value Management support to a major U.S. Coast Guard shipbuilding and acquisition program. This full-time role supports the Program Manager (PMR) by performing EVMS surveillance, maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), conducting detailed cost and schedule analysis, and delivering actionable insights to ensure program performance and compliance.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced EVM professional who wants to play a key role in complex major acquisition programs.
