Based in Des Moines, IA, the Scheduling Manager II serves as a strategic leader overseeing a variety of large and complex construction projects. This position is designed to streamline schedule management processes across multiple project teams, applying policies and best practices to ensure project phases progress according to established schedules and contractual requirements.\n Reporting to the Senior Scheduling Manager or Project Controls Director, you will lead several key functions including advanced schedule analysis, data verification, resource planning, and collaboration with project teams to address scheduling challenges. You will act as the primary point of contact for scheduling support on complex projects, providing expertise to drive project execution and resolve schedule risks. The role involves fostering a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring schedulers, leading forensic scheduling efforts, and implementing policies that optimize efficiency and accuracy.
