About the Role
In this critical leadership position, you will lead your Area Construction Management Staff in achieving program and project management objectives while adhering to standard company policies. You will be responsible for managing the profit and loss for the construction management group within your area, ensuring projects are staffed with the appropriate resources and skill sets to achieve objectives within the company profit model.
You will foster collaborative relationships with clients and other Carollo operating units to assure successful delivery of construction management services. This role involves leading complex teams through challenging project assignments and developing strategic plans for entering new markets or specific projects. You will also lead the development of project proposals, collaborate with the marketing group on materials, and maintain new project leads and opportunities.

Requirements

- verifiedProfessional registration (PE/PG) and construction/project management certification (CCM/PMI)
- verifiedCompletion of OSHA 10-hour safety course
- verifiedProficient in Primavera P6 and Bentley PWCM (EADOC)
- verifiedProficient in MS Word and Excel
Nice to Have
Completion of OSHA 10-hour safety course and other construction safety training; experience in staff development, client services, and skilled in project controls systems, problem solving, and claims avoidance.
