We are seeking a Reporting Manager to join our Transportation Sector to lead our Program Reporting Unit. In this role, you will be the strategic partner to our clients, defining and implementing reporting strategies and processes for the Program and enterprise levels. You will serve as the vital liaison with the Financial Office to collaborate on Board Reporting requirements and support project-level reporting needs as necessary.
Your day-to-day involves developing and maintaining reporting policies, plans, and workflows that accurately describe scope, cost, and schedule information. You will oversee the production of quarterly and monthly reports, ensuring they are prioritized for their audience, accurate, and submitted timely to enable key decision-making. By partnering with cost, risk management, and schedule leads, you will compile comprehensive program reports covering progress, cash flow, earned value, and risk. Additionally, you will assess opportunities to automate reporting through tools like PowerBI and lead the program reporting resources within the unit.
