The Project Director serves as a strategic leader responsible for the end-to-end delivery of large-scale Federal Employee Program (FEP) initiatives across all business units. This role acts as a dual Project Manager, bridging the gap between product strategy execution and project lifecycle implementation. You will identify key stakeholders, build networks of contacts, and drive change to achieve specific project goals.
In this position, you will partner with FEP IT, product, and delivery teams to translate strategic priorities into integrated delivery plans. Your day-to-day involves managing concurrent, large-scale initiatives, defining project scope, and overseeing risk, quality, cost, and scope management. You will influence the organization at all levels, providing decision-ready insights to enable effective executive governance. Additionally, you will coach and mentor project team members on methodology and best practices, ensuring business readiness from training and communications through cutover planning and operational stability.
