As the Director of Procurement Services, you will serve as a strategic architect for our service delivery ecosystem. This role exists to enhance customer satisfaction, drive business growth, and expand our procurement solutions by developing and implementing comprehensive strategic plans. You will lead and manage the procurement delivery team, overseeing resource allocation while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
In this position, you will monitor performance through advanced analytics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate procurement and service delivery directly into core business processes.
