This position serves as a Data Analyst / Property Accountability Analyst, operating at the critical intersection of government property systems, logistics data integrity, and audit compliance. The primary mission is to support mission-critical logistics and inventory accountability across multiple U.S. Air Force programs. The role requires hands-on interaction with U.S. Air Force systems, specifically ELMS (DPAS) and FLITES, to ensure the accurate reporting of government-owned materials throughout their lifecycle.
The analyst acts as a bridge between Raytheon systems (PRISM) and U.S. Government systems. Daily responsibilities involve monitoring, reconciling, and resolving transaction discrepancies to maintain data integrity. This includes investigating rejected or failed transactions, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with program teams, supply chain, and engineering to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance and CAC access for government systems (ELMS/DPAS, FLITES). While the clearance is not required immediately, the ability to obtain it is mandatory. The role demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail, alongside proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Word and Excel.
We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
