The Project Director serves as the primary leader for assigned project teams or departments, overseeing operational, budgetary, and financial activities. This role is critical for ensuring project goals are executed within the required timeframe and budget while exceeding client expectations. You will personify the Company's Mission, Vision, and Values, taking full ownership of your assigned projects.
A significant portion of this role involves supporting baggage work at the Orlando International Airport and other airports, with travel anticipated up to 40% depending on project needs. As the primary JWI contact, you will drive the development of new and existing client relationships, acting as a professional ambassador for the firm. The position requires balancing strategic growth and business development with the day-to-day management of project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective communication between the client and the company.
