About the Role
Working within the Government Programs and Services (GPS) department, this Project Manager role provides the leadership and coordination necessary for new fee-for-service Medicaid client implementations. You will be the driving force behind creating, coordinating, and executing complete project plans, guiding multi-disciplinary teams through the entire client onboarding and implementation lifecycle.
Projects in this space are complex, often spanning government programs including Medicaid (FFS, MMP, MMCO), CHIP, and marketplace exchange programs. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders—including IT, Account Management, Operations, and Health Services—as well as external clients, to ensure implementations meet all contractual requirements. This position may be filled at Level II or Level III, depending on your qualifications. Level III offers a broader scope with increased strategic influence, overseeing enterprise-critical initiatives and mentoring less-experienced team members.
