As a Scheduler, you will play a vital role in ensuring operational accuracy and customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day involves pulling builder schedules for assigned billing to guarantee appointments are scheduled correctly and retrieving purchase orders to verify their accuracy before job scheduling. When discrepancies arise, you will be responsible for requesting necessary corrections.
Beyond scheduling, this role demands high-quality customer service. You will be the first point of contact for builders, fielding phone calls, resolving issues with effective solutions, and maintaining administrative reporting as needed. Success in this position requires a detail-oriented mindset, the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, and strong verbal and written communication skills. While bilingual Spanish proficiency is preferred, the core focus is on reliability, adaptability, and a people-oriented approach to problem-solving.
