The Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead is looking for a Sales, Catering and Events Coordinator to join the team at this gorgeous property. Located in one of Atlanta's most prestigious neighborhoods, this 42-story tower features over 200 rooms, over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, a lavish 15,000 square foot Spa, and three food and beverage outlets.
As a Sales, Catering and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing information and assisting in the daily operation of the Sales and Catering departments. You will maintain all sales records and update critical systems including Delphi.FDC, OnQ, and Rate & Inventory. This role involves a high level of interaction with all staff members and requires a strong level of professionalism at all times. You will report directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, Sales & Catering Director, and Managers.
