This is a unique opportunity for a highly talented and motivated individual with leadership aspirations in the nonprofit sector. As the Special Assistant to the CEO, you will gain first-hand experience in the operations of a large, mission-driven organization. The role involves close collaboration with the CEO, senior leadership, and the Board of Directors to ensure the effective execution of tasks and strategic initiatives.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing complex calendars, communications, and travel arrangements. Beyond executive support, you will act as a liaison to the Board of Directors, managing meeting logistics and minutes, while also supporting the Executive Leadership Team with administrative and project coordination. This role requires a proactive self-starter who excels in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and professionalism.
The position is full-time and on-site, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with flexibility for occasional scheduled evening meetings or extended hours to meet deadlines.
