We are seeking a talented Commissioning Services Division (CxSD) Administrator to join our Boise, ID office. This role is the operational backbone of our division, ensuring efficient office function while providing critical administrative support to leadership. You will serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, manage key business documents, and coordinate the logistical aspects of quoting, job setup, and accounts receivable. Beyond administrative duties, you will help maintain our sustainability practices, manage office safety supplies, and ensure seamless communication between technical and business development teams.
