The Administrative Support Officer serves as a comprehensive support expert, managing moderately complex to specialized customer requirements across the organization. This role is designed for an adaptable professional who can solve problems and work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment. You will act as the primary point of contact for specialized customer requests, managing end-to-end support processes and developing effective working relationships within customer communities.
In this position, you will apply critical thinking to address non-routine cases and analyze data to improve workflow efficiency. You will also support the development of training sessions and identify areas for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction. The role requires handling items weighing up to 50 pounds and managing the intake, processing, and deconfliction of various forms and authorization memos in a time-sensitive environment.
