About the Role
The Saw Operator is a vital member of our steel fabrication and manufacturing team, tasked with the precise and safe operation of industrial saw equipment. In this role, you will transform raw steel materials—including beams, tubing, pipe, and structural shapes—into components that meet strict production specifications. Your work ensures the foundation of our fabrication projects is built on accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
You will be the first line of defense in maintaining production standards, carefully measuring, marking, and cutting materials while adhering to tight tolerances. Beyond the machine, you will collaborate closely with supervisors and production personnel to meet scheduling goals, manage material flow using overhead cranes and forklifts, and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace. This position demands a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
